Business Plan: How To Create a Vision for Your Business

Business Plan: How To Create a Vision for Your Business

Be honest with me for a sec: Do you have a crystal-clear vision for your business?

Do you know how you want to grow it?

What your business looks like in 1 year, 3 years, hell, 5 years from now?

Do you know where you want to take it?

If I’m being completely candid, this is something Josh and I ignored for soooo-ooohhhh many years with the Screw.

And I’m betting it hurt our growth without us even realizing it.

That is until now.

Because now? Now we have a vision for the Screw that spans the next 3 years and serves as our guiding light for the direction of our company.

So how did we create this vision and how can YOU create one for your business?

Listen in and find out.

  1. Hi guys! First of all CONGRATULATIONS for the baby!!!!!

We (my betterhalf James and I) have been following you for about 3 years and are happy to see your progress. Sorry if I have been a bit absent sometimes but I’ve been soooo busy! (All your fault! Just kidding) And by the way, yes, I got the email saying I have’t been opening your emails – great segmented database!. Ok, let’s get serious.

This podcast actually came at the right time! Right after listening to your guys we had a quick meeting to layout our master-plan based on our vision. Being a marketing and management “girl” these are obvious and natural things for me. However, James, dreads law and order. Do you know what I mean? He is a creative and dreamy piscean who gets distracted and side-tracked quite easily. This podcast was great because I managed to pass on the message though your voices. (Why is it that men never listen?).

Though we did not come up with a vision statement per se, there has been progress and at least we have defined some guidelines. Progress!!

    Thank you for the contribution!
