Really loved this episode guys. I have a question: how much content is TOO much content? I have a number of core topics within mine – broken down in to sub categories – but overwhelming my members is definitely a concern. Thanks for this Jill, Josh & James – shared. That was awesome. Listened in while cooking some winter soup here in Berlin xo
Hmm that’s a good question. I would just make sure that whatever content you’re highlighting in your membership that it’s relevant TODAY and anything that becomes obsolete, I would archive it as old content so they can still access the information whenever, it’s just not “highlighted” if you know what I mean?
Also focus more on creating short lessons that are easy to consume and try and keep the evergreen factor in mind. Ask yourself: “will the content you’re about to create stand the test of time?”
Thx for the mention in this episode. Can’t wait to talk this out over the weekend. I think membership may be a good model for me.
